Just took my phone to get my back screen replaced for my s20+ and he replaced it with a cracked screen then told me to pay for it and he would give me a credit note. What's worse when I complained he called someone on the phone and asked him whether he has another screen since I noticed that the one he put was broken. Terrible service and a crook. Wasted my time

Came to fix back of my boyfriends iPhone 12, the screen and battery. Was quotes £330, came out of the shop with Face ID not working and a week later the front and back of the phone were once again cracked. Since having it fixed it hadn’t been dropped and it’s had a case on it and a glass screen protector. Not only that but whilst it was getting fixed they gave me a time frame to come and pick it up and when I went to collect it they said they needed more time. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

STAY AWAY!! ABSOLUTE CROOKS!! Come to get a phone fixed for my daughters 9th birthday. The back screen was smashed they fixed it but they broke the front of the screen during repair. They refused to do anything to fix it and said it was absolutely fine when they give it back to me. They started by saying it was £80 but dropped the price to £45 when I mentioned going somewhere else. They want £50 to repair the front of the screen which they broke!! This ruined my daughters birthday as it was her main present…

Great shop, after looking up all shops in Southend High Street all day for a screen replacement on my Samsung s20, I see these had alot of good reviews on Google. Took my phone in yesterday afternoon on the promise it would be done today. It was done on time and I'm moon with the job done, feels like a brand new phone. I got them do put my new screen protector on it and they was more then happy to do it for me. Will definitely recommend them and will 1000 per cent be going back if I ever need too. Was abit worried as I've heard horror stories about some shops in town but these have done such a good job. Very helpful and great communication. Well done guys

I called earlier this week to check if they could fix my phone as its special edition. In the past, many companies haven't been able to do it or overcharged me so I was stuck with a broken screen for 2 months. They picked up right away however and gave me the heads up that it was possible so I made my way to the store and they even remembered me! Along with a free screen protector, my phone was fixed perfectly and works better than before so I would most definitely recommend this service to people. They're very hospitable

Had communicated before going into the store.Quoted me a slightly higher price in store but found my previous communication with them .Fixed phone ie broken front and back screen .Also dropped phone off to me excellent service Granddaughter thrilled to bits.Would definitely use again great service

Managed to repair my damaged Xiaomi camera and it works like new now. Noone else would even consider attempting it. Thanks a lot.

I took my laptop to be fixed and it was there about a month,I was told it was able to be fix for £400Then I got told that it will be ready the Saturday after I took it in then I called on the Saturday then they said will be ready on Tuesday which it was not then called them on the Tuesday then they said to me definitely Saturday. Saturday rolls around then I call them then they say Wednesday then called on Wednesday and still not done, finally I was promised by the end of the week. After that phone call My girlfriend went into their store and was told the laptop was fixed but needed to be bought back to the store when the guy that did it wasn’t sick anymore. I get a phone call on the Saturday saying they can’t fix it and can be collected at anytime but the part that is broken has liquid on it even though they had opened it to find out what part needed to be fixed they didn’t see no liquid which I also had currys look at my laptop and they didn’t even mention liquid they just gave me a quote.So they lied to me a few time and I can’t trust them they probably spilt the liquid in the first place. To add to this I took my laptop to another computer service centre and they told me the previous people that opened my laptop had put flux everywhere and stole screws from different parts inside my laptop, I will be finding out wether I can take legal action.

I took my phone into the shop as I had something jammed in the charging port so I couldn't plug the charger or my headphones in, they quoted £15 if they could get whatever it was out or £35 if the charging port needed replacing, I said to go ahead with which ever job was necessary. I decided to leave my phone with them so I could go back to work whilst they carried out the repair, I went back and collected the phone I asked them to show me that it charges now which they did and all was fine.A few hours later I went to watch a YouTube video and my audio speaker sounds like it is under water, now I know this wasn't like it before I took the phone to them for repair, the boss was arrogant and rude to me basically saying I was lying and trying to get a job out of them for FREE, he wanted to charge me a further £35 to replace the speaker I declined as why would I pay for something that they've broken, I asked for it to be replaced free of change which they refused so I requested half of my money back for the original job as they had damaged my phone and he refused and pretty much laughed me out of his shop raising his voice talking over me and wouldn't let me finish a sentence.A big part of me wishes that I had waited with the phone while it got repaired because I could have watched the guy carry out the repair and I very feel strongly that my speaker would still be working now.AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

Had my screen replaced by this shop a few weeks ago and it’s not been right ever since. I can’t text without it typing letters I’ve not pressed and can’t hold the camera down to video anything!! I took it back to the shop this morning to which I was told it was perfectly fine and if it happens again screen record it and bring it back, so I did. Half hour later I was told that they can’t help me without proof that I got it fixed there. I wasn’t even given a receipt!!! (£70) and made me buy a screen protector (£10) so it wasn’t cheap!!! The Phone is worse now than when I took it in!! I didn’t ask them to replace it I just wanted them to have a quick look at the problem!! Rude and unhelpful!!!!There’s plenty of other phone shops in the area I would not use this one again.
