I do like a burger king, as I'm working away from home back in South Wales I look forward to my evening treat, the young fella who served me was great, but here's my portion of apparent LOADED FRIES, , they forgot to add a folk, and my bacon double cheese XL is more like it's been hit with a frying pan before its been given me.

I'm not going to go on but the slowest service for two plain burgers and fries. From entering to leaving 12 minutes (10 minutes for the order) and it wasn'teven busy. No urgency from staff. To top it off, our order was wrong but we were now in a rush and didn't have time to stop and wait for it to be corrected.If you want a pre or post match bite, go to one of the vans outside Pride Park.

Went in to order today ...counter was dirty with straw wrappers ,napkins on the counter and floor .Staff had long hair in pony tail but swinging it round ,chipped nail varnish .Drinks machine was filthy ,no napkins in holder ,bin was dirty round the opening and stained .If it was busy ..it could be excused slightly but it wasnt.only one eating in and three cars in drive thru .Not nice

OK so food was fine. But the service and state of the place let the whole thing down. Felt like the staff had no idea how to run the place.

I'm really in a bad mood today because the service attitude when buying things in this place is very bad, especially when you have a mobile phone discount to buy things, I feel a little look down on people. Not a single customer because of the bad service attitude

Nice big burger, fries were good onion rings we're unfortunately a bit chewy. Service was good upon ordering the young girl was helpful as I didn't know what to have and what was a good choice. Love burger King but its so expensive, and I overlooked a box meal offer I could of got at a better price . Not informed of that either upon ordering but my fault.

Went to the drive thru and got more than I ordered… A DEAD fly at the bottom of the fries packet looking back at me..!Not surprising with how dirty the restaurant is inside and out… has to be one of the worst BK branches I have been too in a long time…Food Hygiene need to take a serious look at how things are being operated.Shame on you Burger King..!

15 minutes in an empty store and still no sign of the food I ordered. A burger and some fries, nothing complex. Don't go here if you've got anything else to do within the hour, you'll be chancing it

The first thing you notice in this place is how dirty it is. There were four dirty tables and I didn't see a member of staff come out onto the floor once while we were here. It wasn't even busy.The windows, the bottoms of the tables, the high-chairs: all dirty. This place needs closing for a day and scrubbing from top to bottom, as well as more staff-training in routine cleaning.Service was slow and the fries dumped sideways into our bag, spilling them. The staff did replace the fries though, as they were stone-cold.Overall not good, and the loud annoying music didn't help.

Never as very busy . So no reason for full bins and messy tables . Staff do have stand around alot at the back talking and on their phones. My grandson noticed loads of cob webs around the ceiling lights and thought it was funny. Standards could be better.
