Having driven 4 hours for an appointment to buy a scooter we were left standing in the street. We rang 14 shops and head office numbers leaving messages on them all that Gary in Ashton under lyne hadn’t turned up for our appointment. Not one returned call or apology have we received. We also put a note thought the shop door but this didn’t deserve a response either. If thats customer service for a sale I dread to think what the after care would have been. Extremely rude company and Gary in Ashton under lyne is the worst of them. TOTALLY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE TO AVOID AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SHOP

Very good selection of stock and the chap was very friendly I explained I needed a wheelchair for my dad sorted me one out and showed me how it all folded up the price was great and so was the service so has to be 5 star's

Absolutely amazing customer service. Wide variety of stock and the guy working there (Ian I think) was very knowledgeable and helped picked out the perfect mobility scooter for my nan. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to buy a mobility product or just looking for help and advice.

Well worth a visit if you are struggling with care needs. Very helpful and understanding.Good prices.
