Ruthless Customs

These guyes are very unprofessional and will scam you for your money. I took my car there and they charged me £50 just to check my car which is normally free to rectify the problem and give you a quote of the repair but i agreed to pay as they told me it will be deducted from the repairing cost. Its been over 3 weeks now they haven't booked me in and avoiding my calls to delay the procedure. So i highly recommend you guys to take your car somewhere else. To save your time and money

After a long time of taking my car to the brand dealership for it to be serviced and problems to be rectified and never found, I came across Ruthless Customs. Within 30mins they were able to identify what the issue was with my car and then fixed the issue within minutes of ordering the part. Whilst there waiting for the repair to be carried out, I was treated to a drink and sandwich by the owners and had a lovely chat with the team. They genuinely care about their customers and client care is definately at the forefront of their minds. They are efficient, honest, reliable and a very friendly bunch of decent hardworking guys. I haven't laughed so much like I did when there and I really appreciate all they done to help fix my car after 14months of going back and forth to Vauxhall with no success and a forever mounting bill. As a female, going to a garage is daunting as you always feel like you will be getting extorted out of money, however here I didn't get the feeling of that at all. They showed me everything that they found wrong with my car and informed me of options on how to repair the faults. I've never had that experience before. Much appreciated guys! You now have a loyal customer for life.

Extremely rude on the phone. Will call you up and then start a conversation with somebody else while on the phone to you. Then will call back and start swearing obscenities. If they talk to suppliers in this way one can only imagine how much worse they are with customers....
