Nice store I liked their products, but would like to say The United Kingdom is known for its diversity. Everyone doesn't need to be proficient in English or understand the many accents, so when your clients do not understand you it's okay to explain nicely, let your reaction be gentle so that you do not lose your client.

Terrible service. Ignored by dark haired woman on her phone and came across very rude when spoke to her. No wonder people shop elsewhere. I do not recommend this store. Store looks very dirty and a bit of a mess.
