Do NOT shop here, such rude staff i went there yesterday with my mum and this women that works there looks like she hates her job and had the audacity to say to my mum oh it's you again". They will have conversations in their own language while serving you very unprofessional and honestly just plain rude. Very disgusting will never be going there ever again!! It's like they don't want you to shop there

Good quality productI recently purchased a set of bangles from Jes Jewellrs and I couldn’t be happier with the in store purchase. The staff were so friendly that I never felt pushed to buy the product. They had plenty selections, and I could make a choice of my wish! The shop is in the high street Upton park and was easy to find. The entire process was so smooth and relaxing. I’am thrilled both with the service and the excellent quality and condition that I will definitely shop at Jes Jewellers again in the future. Highly recommended!

I bought a pair of earrings. I am so impressed by the quality and the service, I will definitely go again to this place for high quality jewellery purchase. They even showed me the purity of the product using a high-tech analyser.If you are looking for a genuine (22kt) product, I would recommend this shop as compared to other high street retailers where you may get cheaper price but the purity is nowhere near this product.

AVOID. Terrible customer service compared to other stores. Had a look at a few rings. Lady was hogging the rings and was very reluctant for us to try them on and only let us see then over her finger. Then randomly started serving another customer whilst just making us stood there looking at her for a good few mins. We then decided to leave as we were not being attended to and then she started calling us back. Super unprofessional. Do not recommend.Also, I was walking around Malabar gold (in east mall) wearing a 5 Tola necklace and they were very comfortable. Whereas this lady was hogging under 2 grams of gold rings. Terrible

Worth the travel- The service with a cherry on the top!I drove from Bristol where I live, to this jewellery shop, Jes Jewellers in Green street, about three hours of drive! Finally, I purchased an amazing gold jewellery for my daughter’s marriage due in 3 months. From previous experience I always knew that Jes Jewellers has beautifully unique pieces and a wonderful collection that suits the event. I can say this with hand on my heart as the necklace I purchased six months ago is still shiny and looks as good as new. What I realised was the customer service was so remarkable that I felt at ease while making my selections, and it made my day. The staff does take the effort to understand my daughter’s type of taste for jewelleries and tried their best to match it. The choices are plenty, so at no time I doubted that I will not get the selection of her choice, instead I was amazed by the various style and types of bridal sets they have. The service with a cherry on the top! I had a piece of bracelet that I had used for years, and they offered to clean and polish it for free. They did all this in 15 minutes, and I could not believe when I saw the polished product. It was better than new!! Isn’t that the cherry on top!! I think our travel was worth it!, I can’t wait for the next occasion to visit Jes Jewellers again!!

Had the pleasure of visiting Jes Jeweller’s with my mother today. I must say our sales representative R was very impressive.Her level of service was impeccable. So much so that I ended my visit with a purchase.R was very pleasant in her approach, she listened and advised accordingly. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t rush us although they were busy. She took her time and was very accommodating.And not to forget the store owner she was lovely too, very helpful and friendly. My family has shopped here for a number of gold jewellery pieces over the last 2 years.Most recently I have bought a pair of lovely gold baby earrings for my baby cousin.Compared to a lot of the other shops in Green Street they offer a very good price on their jewellery and they have a range of different designs to suit all ocassions.The pricing here is very transparent which is one of the reasons why I would recommend anyone to shop here for their gold jewellery!
