Infinity Funeral Arrangements

A huge thank you to all at Infinity Funeral Services, South Elmsall, for all of their help, kindness and support after the devastating loss of our wonderful mam, Pat Lockey recently. Mam's journey with Infinity began in 2017, shortly after she was diagnosed with Alzheimers. She wanted to get her affairs in order so we had a chat with James and she purchased one of their funeral plans. James talked her through everything thoughtfully and professionally, explaining all of the options with total understanding and kindness. When mam sadly passed away on January 14th 2022, Infinity took care of her, and us, with great professionalism and respect. Jamie guided us through the whole process with great care and understanding. This exceptional young man was with us every step of the way and he made every aspect of this very difficult time so much easier for us to bear. We cannot thank James, Jamie, everyone at Infinity and also Reverend Martyn enough for giving our mam the wonderful personalised send off she so deserved. Although not in a hurry to use their 5 star services again, we would not hesitate to do so and we would highly recommend James, Jamie and the rest of the team at Infinity, to anyone. Absolutely beautiful, we can't thank you enough for everything you have done.James and his team have be amazing, my mam was in the best hands being looking after by Infinity, They arranged everything that we could have asked for, from getting her home from the hospital, her last journey, songs, photos, the beautiful horse and carriage and the urn, they were amazing, I'd also like to Thank Martin who works along side Infinity he was amazing, I'd definitely recommend him to speak at the service, he was friendly, and very helpful. A brilliant service from dedicated people who take pride in looking after their customers making people feel at ease. During the saddest moments of our dads passing Infinity took away all the stress of sorting his funeral out, and could be contacted night and day.
