Haven Care
Haven care carer's cannot be trusted to give an 87 year old person the correct medication. Did not give one medication in the morning, but gave her a medication due at lunch time, as stipulated in blister pack, since taking over her care. Disgusted as this could have gone on for weeks before I discovered it. Cancelled care after 5 days
