Initially made an appointment by telephone to test drive a manual SUV thinking we knew what we wanted. Following an initial test drive our salesman Steve Todd suggested that we may prefer an automatic and a higher specification vehicle.We took that out for a test drive and we were so impressed, we decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle on a PCP. Negotiations re: price weren't we felt necessitated because it had all the top of the range specifications and reductions in price had already been offered to us.Steve was so friendly and personable and at no time did we feel pressurised to buy or pressurised to leave because of other customers.We returned a few days later to pick up the car and we were greeted like friends.Needless to say, we're loving the car and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Roy Tolley and especially Steve Todd to others.We'd definitely return to Roy Tolley to purchase again and will use their servicing dept as well because whilst we were purchasing we witnessed another customer return with an issue with their car and Roy Tolley's team were bending over backwards to remedy the situation.Impressive team indeed.

We brought a new MG ZS 1.5Vti-Tech manual from Roy Tolley. Matthew Head was the MG Sales Executive. It was one of the most pleasurable purchasing experiences we have had, thank you Matthew. From explaining the car and the finance options to picking up the car and having all the new gadgets explained and of course the flowers were a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommended.
