Used this garage for the first time and I have to say this is the best experience with any garage I have had, Adam keeps you updated with what's getting done. They kept my car until they were positive everything was sorted, I really can't recommend Adam and this garage highly enough. I cannot reccomend MB Jarvie highly enough. I get timely reminders about car services. It is simple to book the car in on line and there is never much delay. If there is ever a problem with my car it is easy to email Adam and he responds immediately with helpfully advice. It is a very personal service and I would never go back to using a big car dealer.

I started using M.B. Jarvie a few years back for my mini, when I was told by a previous garage I was in need of a new EGR valve and was quoted an eye-watering amount. After a quick online search for BMW garage experts, I came across M.B Jarvie. A little less than an eye-watering bill later, and my car has been awesome since.I believe this is my third MOT with them and I have used them for servicing my car.It has taken me a while to leave a review, partly because not much needs done to my vehicle. Also, I wanted to ensure the review I gave would be a good representation of the business for potential future clients. I can assure you that 5 stars is definitely a for this garage.I have found the online booking service very satisfactory; overall services have been great; pricing for the work done to my car to-date is very fair.The level of professionalism and response is very high. I found the mechanic (possibly the owner) polite and professional.I will continue to use M.B. Jarvie.

Five stars for the guys at MB Jarvie, I called them at short notice to get a wheel balance done as other garages couldn’t accommodate my vehicle setup. All sounded simple but as my car isn’t standard, oversized tyres, off-road rims, suspension kit etc etc it proved to be a bit of a challenge. Adam kept me informed throughout the process and completed the job entirely to my satisfaction, handling was vastly improved when i got the car back. I would highly recommend this business. Experience overall was great from booking in process to collecting the vehicle.

My BMW X1 needed a four wheel alignment and a friend recommended MB Jarvie, I made contact and was given a slot, the work was done to the highest quality, payment made and I collected the car late afternoon, I will defo use them again.

Adam went out of his way to accommodate me to fit me in for a service and M.O.T on short notice, even though short staffed due to COVID.Their email and text updates system is fantastic and gives you peace of mind and progress reports.Drop off was seamless with a contactless system, you just drop off your key in a letterbox style chute, I then received a text message to say my key had been received by them. On collecting the car I had the privilege of meeting Adam who was very polite and knowledgeable about his trade. The prices are reasonable too and the invoicing is transparent with a full breakdown of all works carried out.I have finally found a genuine garage who I can now trust and leave my car with without any worries.I Can highly recommend MB Jarvie and Adam and his team, and will definitely be back.

Had VW in for MOT, service and alignment. Can't recommend Adam enough, excellent communication, updated throughout with no hidden costs and an itemised bill. Transparent service and very fair and competitive costs. Will use for all future work and would definitely recommend. Car felt like new afterwards!
