I love this place - I go whenever I'm in town. Delicious locally roasted coffee, environmentally friendly packaging, yummy pastries and best of all, wonderful customer service!

Great coffee, probably my favourite in Sheffield. Accessible location especially when commuting, but if you're in the city centre it's worth walking out of your way for it. FAR better than any of the chains around sheff and the folk who work on it are lovely

Swung by for a coffee before my train and just wanted to be nice and have conversation with a stranger. So complimenting the look of their beautiful pastries and cannolis, they gifted me with two cannolis. Might I say they are absolutely delicious and so is my mocha. I wish this wonderful business the best.

I had to review this place. The coffee is hands down one of the best I've had! Such a rich, smooth taste. Really glad I ventured here. I had a croissant too which was lovely. Thank you!

Had an Almond croissant at the Pollen Market, which was very dry and hard. £2.90 I put the hard bits back in the bag and went to complain. I was dismissed by a staff member who said she was sorry but they came fresh for the bakery that morning. She binned the bag and turned away. Not good customer service, no offer of anything else or a refund. They certainly hadn't been made that morning as the almond paste had all compacted. I suspect they were from the day before as they don't keep overnight. In comparison we went to Le Ble in Sheffield where they were warm, straight out of the oven and delicious.

Always amazing. Such efficient, friendly and high quality service and products. The baristas always make sure to check that your drink is how you like it too which really makes a difference. The one thing I think is missing is perhaps a little shelter or warmth for the staff and maybe customers. When it is windy and rainy one can be put off by venturing out, whereas I think if there were a few heaters the staff and customers would be even happier and warmer

Lovely coffee, great staff. One time my cappuccino tasted extra milky for some reason, and they gave me an extra decaf shot for free, just to be nice and helpful. Highly recommend!
