Excellent and swift service. I took a pair of Loakes in for resoling and heeling on a Thursday morning at around 10am, and the chaps had them done before the end of the day. Service doesn't get much better than that. Highly recommended local business.

A well known nationwide chain wanted near £20 for a shoe repair and it would involve a 5 day wait turnaround. Bicester Shoe Repair did it same day, for just over half that cost, and a very high quality job too. Highly recommended.

I have been using these guys for a few years now for various services.My main custom with them is spare key cutting as they are very reasonably priced and the quality of the cut is very good. I've had euro profile as well as 3 & 5 lever keys and never had an issue with them.I've used their engraving service recently too and it was flawless and ready the next day.They have also ordered in specific keys they didn't stock without over inflating the price too.I trust their advice as they are clearly experienced and want to look after their customers and their reputation.

We had a key twisted off within a bike lock. He went beyond the call of duty and came round to where the bike was and managed to free the chain. Many many thanks and so appreciated. Would recommend every time for helping out and being responsive to customer needs. A five star service!

Lost keys for my roof bars. No keyes at all!Took one lock to the guy and he was able to cut new one from the scratch. 10 min and job done! Amazing service. Thanks for saving my holiday family trip
