Your previous response is incorrect. When you suggested acrylic nails why did you continue? As I said yesterday she is young and did not want to be an inconvenience. Your response should have been to acknowledge that she did not like them nor was it what she asked for and simply not charge £23 to have a gel polish and then taken off as she was not happy with what you did. She told me so you should have listened. That’s just standard customer service-if you don’t like something you take it back and get a refund! Where is your customer policy? Can you make this public so I can follow up with the relevant authorities. Thanks

Staff are rude and you get charged more because the technician doesn't understand what you want. Nice nails though

Well. I would suggest you don't go there if you are going on holiday the next day for a start. I had my manicure and pedicure with shellac done on 17th January for a fly cruise the next day. I couldn't believe it when i looked at my nails at the airport to see most of them chipped. I had no time for any manual work of any kind. I had to pay on the cruise to have them redone after a few days as they got to be a right mess within a few days. I returned to the salon today with photos and was told that I should have come back the next day to complain and they would not accept the fact that a cruise prevented me from returning to them. I have digital photographs with dates as proof but they wouldn't budge on their stance. Never again.

Booked an app for mani & pedi went there found out app was double booked waited and waited then went to get the mani done wanted to pay upfront was told there is £3 extra for NORMAL polish but if you get GEL its cheap w*t*f makes no sense i only had £40 on me they wanted to charge extra must be commission of some sort they pointed towards the price list and told me to read it which I pointed out to them its says £40 so confusing when I rang to book they said £40 too.Should adhere to price list its being sincere. Highly would not recommend perosnally
