I don't normally leave reviews but I had to this time. This was originally a window! Maz and Topi did an amazing job. Took great care, didn't rush and made sure everything was done correctly. Already put a deposit down for my windows and I'm looking forward to getting them fitted in the summer/Autumn!

I am sick of this company. They contacted me a few years ago and I said I was happy to receive a quote. As I have a lot of windows to order, I asked if it was ok to send in the sizes to get a rough idea before they came out to measure. So I sent in a sheet, heard nothing. Contacted again a few months later, same again, and again. After the third attempt I went elsewhere. They still keep calling, probably weekly, and each time I tell them I asked for a quote, for 40 windows in total, multiple times, and no-one could be bothered to get back to me.I've heard every excuse from 'those people have left now' to 'it must of been one of the young uns', but what they can't understand is I have ALREADY HAD THEM FITTED BY A COMPANY THAT COULD ACTUALLY BE BOTHERED!! Don't waste your time, order direct from a manufacturer and get a good, local reputable builder to fit them.

Unfortunately had to give 1 star cos 0 is not an optionAbsolutely disgusting customer service, cowboy surveyor and unprofessional owners!I placed an order this summer (mid june) with Eden glaze to have all the windows in my house replaced. I was unfortunately recommended Eden glaze through a relative. Usman was very quick to respond and what you would call the perfect sales man with his talk. But once I signed the contract and I sent my deposit, things very quickly changed and he wouldn’t respond. The contract was signed on the basis that the windows were completed by the 10th of August because I live outside of the UK for most part of the year.EdenGlaze sent out a surveyor twice to measure and double check the windows. There was a slight delay with the fitting but on the 8th of August the fitters started the job (Andy & Steve). The first window to go in seemed small leaving quite a gap but I was reassured that this was fine and within the standards. Next window- same thing. When they got to the next window, a huge upstairs bedroom bay- thats when the fitters made it obvious something was wrong. This window was way too small. But by then they had removed the existing window and had no choice but to put in the windows that were too small and fill the huge gap with foam. I tried calling Usman numerous times but he was out of reach, and no one other than a guy called Ammaar (processor for Eden glaze) came out to check what was happening. We were told both Usman and his brother Imran (owner) were out of the country! Ammaar was unfortunately caught in the middle as I was fuming, he was left to deal with this mess with very little authority. Most of the windows were incorrect in size and so they had to wrap up. According to the fitters this wasnt the first time this has happened! But fine, mistakes happen. However, how you handle it is what matters. My messages were being delivered to Usman. Imran was aware but neither of them had the decency to contact me and give me any reassurance or apologise for the mistake their company had made. They were only in Pakistan- WhatsApp messages being delivered but clearly not bothered with the mess they left me in.The bay window had a huge gap filled with foam- I have 4 young children and this was dangerous so the room was out of bounds for us as a family. Eden glaze didn’t even have the decency to send out an engineer. The one window that was ‘complete’ had a trimming put on with DOUBLE SIDED FOAM TAPE (on a rendered house) which fell off!!The next person from Eden glaze who came to my premises was another surveyor- when he double checked against the first measurements we were both absolutely shocked at how wrong they were. Especially my porch and bays. That was the last straw for me and left me with 0 confidence in the company. I called Ammaar and told him to cancel the entire thing - to take the windows out and return my deposit. didn’t happen.The whole experience has been so stressful for me and caused so much anxiety. This is a massive chunk of my savings that went into the windowso. They breached the contract and weren’t able to deliver what they had promised to. The fitters tried to hide the bad measurements on two windows but couldn’t get away with the third. It has been a horrible experience and the fact that there has been no accountability by Eden Glaze has made it all much worse. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone- it’s no more about the product or fitters but the customer care and handling absolutely stinks. I have taken steps advised by Trading Standards and if I still don’t get my deposit back I will be taking them to court.

I got my whole house windows and doors fitted, amazing service!!!! When I called up for a quote they came the next day, so calm an polite, He talked about different colours/styles of doors that were on offer, he helped me make the right choice and what a choice!!! their workmanship is excellent, can't fault Eden Glaze windows in anyway, definitely recommend them to everyone.

Had our windows fitted last week, the lads were really nice and polite, showed me step by step on what they had done and was I happy. A few windows came broke but they sorted and replaced them. They cleaned as they worked. Everyone I spoke to from the sales man to the window fitters and people in office was all really nice. From start to finish it all happened really quickly and I love my windows. Would definitely recommend this company.

Amazing transformation to my property with the addition of a new composite door and frame.The service from start to finish was second to non. I paid exactly what was quoted, even though extra work was needed. I would recommend these guys they are very competitive and provide an excellent service.

Just had 12 windows fitted by Eden glaze.Steve and Andy did a great job and I would highly recommend this company.From initial visit from Usman to the job completion by the fitters all involved were extremely helpful and professional throughout.

So where do I start. Imran came gave me the best quote. He explained the whole process and explained how Eden glaze came about. Convinced me everything would run smoothly. So I signed up. Within 6 wks my 10 windows were ready, a slight delay on the composite doors, will have to wait a further couple of weeks, but no surprise coming out of Covid.Imran called me on Monday to arrange the window fitting for Tuesday. Stuart and Kris arrived bang on 9am and introduced themselves before explaining how the days fitting would pan out, very professional. Put sheets down to cover carpets, steps etc and began the work. Both Stuart and Kris answered all questions asked promptly, very knowledgable, relaxing my mind. First days work 5 windows completed by 5pm.Then both Stuart and Kris cleaned up the garden, vacuumed the carpets took all the old windows and material and explained Weds process before leaving.Both Stuart and Kris arrived 8.45am on Weds explained how the day would pan out and got on with the rear 5 windows, taking their time with attention to detail. They were both very communitive and we had discussions about many subjects as the day went on, they finished at 5.30pm, again sweeping up, vacuuming and presenting us with Eden glazes 15 year guarantee, thanking us for being so friendly and accommodating.I am so surprised by the professionalism of Stuart and Kris, the customer face of Edenglaze. Their work is 100% spot on, clean and tidy, perfect.Imran was honest with the whole process and it all went exactley how he described.The doors will be fitted soon, and I have asked for Stuart and Kris to fit them, that review is to come.Update 24/09/21: Doors Fitted, to an excellent standard, Stuart & Kris came explained the process, took their time with attention to detail,. Very good job throughout, can't fault Eden glaze.Thank you for such a relaxed easy going process.

Absolutely disgraceful company. Caused damage to my property, tried to disguise some of it.. Delivered a front door with no letter box.. All my mail parcels are being left in my blue bin... 6 weeks later multiple phone calls and a miriad of promises to rectify still nothing our mistake was paying in full.
