Wow, amazing gem in a secluded and amazing location. Staff customer service is excellent, food is absolutely gorgeous and the Wrexham lager is amazing. You won't be disappointed. We will be returning customers and can't wait.

Such a lovely experience. A great welcome, very friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, nice surroundings, pleasantly surprised to find out they have accommodation too - lodges etc. This is a little hidden gem! I'm pretty sure we will be back again soon.

Im looking forward to seeing the new menu this weekend. The atmosphere is nice and cosy and relaxing. Dogs friendly. Plus accessible for wheelchairs and baby's pram

It's gorgeous and a super romantic setting. It's a refined, beautiful location. Food has been updated and is so much better. Everything is fresh. They have a lovely white crisp white wine which I highly recommend.

Our evening meal at Henlle Hall was 10/10. The food and service were both fabulous. Staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. The Christmas menu had a variety of dishes to choose from, cooked to perfection!!Couldn’t recommend more :)

As we was staying at Henlle Hall we decided to give the breakfast a go. I had eggs Benedict and my partner had a breakfast. Everything was great apart from the beans being cold on the breakfast.Excellent customer service and great attention to detail. The decor and feel of the room is brilliant!

Excellent steak dinner! Ribeye was cooked perfectly and had excellent flavour. The sides complimented the steak well, and the restaurant had a good selection of wine and champagne. Only down side was the peppercorn sauce, although it tasted beautiful, it was absolutely loaded with peppercorns and would have spoilt the steak if I had poured the sauce over.

Gone down hill since our last visit unfortunately. We love Henlle Hall and I tried to reach out and give this feedback directly but it seems they didn't want to know. They didn't even acknowledge my first email.It was nearly 10 minutes before our drinks order was taken at which point we decided to order the food as well, and then felt like another 10 minutes before our drinks actually arrived. Not a huge amount of time but I found this quite odd as the restaurant was not busy and no cocktails were ordered, only simple drinks.The food took over 30 minutes to arrive and what was more frustrating is that people who arrived and ordered after us, were given their meals first. When it’s a wide ranging menu and different meals have varying preparation times I can understand this happening but your Sunday lunch is standardised with a meat variation so I imagine preparation should be very similar for all. A Yorkshire pudding was missing from one meal and when mentioned to the waiter his response was that he was rushing the kitchen to get our food out. On top of that, when our meals did arrive everything was barely warm, the cauliflower cheese was the only hot thing to be served. I have no issue waiting for freshly cooked food to arrive if it arrives feeling fresh and hot – this did not. The beef was extremely tough to the point the person was struggling to chew it. She was offered some replacement beef which took a few minutes to come out but this was then served to her cold.Given what I already mentioned about the restaurant not being busy, I am struggling to justify a reason why our food would have been cold and why it took a while to be served. There were no peas served as advertised and each person only had 2 small potatoes on their plate, far from the the photos they post on social media.Generally speaking, the staff seemed flustered and on edge during the whole visit as thought they were all new or not familiar with the restaurant. Unfortunately the experience fell extremely short of what we had previously experienced at Henlle Heights and would be reluctant to use Henlle Heights again.
