Downpatrick Racecourse
Staff and facilities inside racecourse are great. It lost 2 stars as we went on a coach and from where the coach had to park to the actual racecourse is NOT suitable for anyone with mobility issues !!! It was quite a steep hill with grass & loose stones on it. Other than that it's a great day out !

Friendly crowd, all the facilities you need really including food stalls and a good few bars. Seats can be purchased for extra, worth it if you don't want to be stood all day.

Rained all day but was still enjoyable race day with small crowd. Wouldn't want to go when busy as limited facilities. Very welcoming staff and cakes in cafe scrumptious but soon snapped up!

Was great place not been since 2019 due to covid etc. Choice of beer awful. Food ridiculous prices and not even nice. 4.00 for food sausages. Do they not know we are recession. All in all won't be back Sorry

Rained all day.BUT we had a great day out .staff were friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble. The £35 package we got Inc food a drink a £5-00 bet raffle free entry and a. Lovely social Room with TVs video screens.Go again 100%. Regards len

Downpatrick Racecourse
Probably my favourite racecourse and was there for the Ulster National recently. It is a very unique track with its undulations and makes it a fantastic viewing course with that famous uphill finish. Great facilities, a real family friendly atmosphere and staff are excellent. A course that has been transformed over the last 10-15 years, so credit to all at Downpatrick Racecourse.
