My go to Nandos in Leeds, mainly for delivery but thought I’d collect today!Requested the wings well done with a crispy skin and they had to ask them to cook them more when I got there as they could’ve been grilled more (personal choice). The gentleman that served me, may have been the manager, was extremely polite, smiling, helpful, welcoming and very respectful, thank you!The store is well signed to advise customers that they should not park in the car park outside the store.Didn’t give 5 as the wings had to be grilled further even after my initial request but once received, I was all smiles after eating them, bang on! I ordered Vusa and that IS the hottest I’ve ever had from ANY Nandos.Keep up the quality and good customer service guys! Well done!!!

Ordered via Deliveroo and called the restaurant to request some sauce be put in the bag. Order arrived with no sauce, very disappointing

I met a friend for a late lunch / early dinner and decided to visit the local Nando's. I was early and didn't want to sit down so waited in the foyer / entrance.Eventually my friend arrived and we ordered our food. I got the chicken livers with Prego roll (ie bread roll) and also the 4 boneless thighs with two sides of Peri-Peri chips and the new long stem broccoli. My friend ordered the butterfly chicken and requested it came well done.The staff were really attentive and knowledgeable about certain dishes. One of them was doing a nutrition degree and even provided the health benefits of broccoli. Plus a very compelling pitch to the benefits of the cloudy lemonade (I was sold, bought two glasses)!The food came through at the same time, after a conversation with the staff who mentioned that my chicken livers would take longer to cook.My only criticism is that the Prego roll was missing a sachet of butter, and both chicken dishes were cooked well done". I mentioned this to one of the waitresses who provided an alternative without question.To conclude

I was disappointed at the order service at the till, I was holding my two year old son and it felt like the staff behind the till doesnt like the presence of him although he was quiet. She was holding a very hushed tone while speaking with me, and for a second I thought am at a drive through at KFC, questions were firing at me even before I finish my sentence, and I know exactly what am ordering, how spicy I want my chicken! No doubt I ordered the wrong chicken for my boy, forgot about the bbq sauce. I thought she was being very rude, and on the invoice it says her name is Mel.Its a bit dissappointing as she was wearing a senior roll looking uniform and was giving orders to other staff at the same time. I wonder what gives her the promotion, maybe her past experiences in KFC?

Food was ok also the service, however very unpleasant supprise when I received a parking penalty for £100. The parking is right in front of Nando's amd there is no clear sign of this being a private car park for some unknown company. The letter of the parking charge states clear parking signage in and around the parking"

Ordered food never turned up and not been given a refund avoid this restaurant made me wait 1hr 30mins for them just to close and receive nothing absolute joke

In order online to not wait to long in the restaueant( at 3:30 pm). The gentleman who packed my order repeated absolutely everything I had in the order but in fact he didn't put the sauces... what can I say... very careful to repeat everything from the receipt but without placing in the bag 3 garlic sauces....very disappointed because I drove 4 miles to the restaurant and now I'm not willing to drive another 8 miles for those who don't know how to do their jobs....

Great place to eat.Not overly busy for a Saturday afternoon.Food was well cooked and the staff were friendly and helpful.All you can drink Coke was a bit as was the medium hit chicken wings.Will go back.Highly recommended.
