Thermologics

We have been looking at air conditioning for a while. We contacted George at Themologics and he had our air-con installed within just over a week at a highly competitive price. First class service, responsive of which I would highly recommend.

Great experience all-round with our home air con installation. George is very responsive to questions and emails. The quote provided was better value than competitors and the team did a great, very professional job, meeting our specific requirements. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Air Con seemed fine at first but quickly stopped working. We have contacted George on several occasions. He has said he would come to fix it on four different days, we waited in all day for each of these for days, but nobody turned up. If George, or anyone at Thermologics wants to contact us and actually turn up, I am more than willing to remove this review. Sarah and Tom.

We contracted with Thermologics in October 2020 to install Air condition to our house that was being refurbished. The company has installed some units but not the external ac units . We have wires and pipes hanging out inside and outside of our house. Since February 2021, George Strawford has stopped communicating and has not responded to any communications sent to him via email, texts or calls. The job is half finished and we have been left with an expensive redundant units that we cant do anything with. This job was commissioned in October 2020. The main person George Strawford and he communicated with us from October 2020 till February 2021 then he stopped responding to my emails. Following that, his employees would have been sent over to check but they were not able to reach him as well at some point. We have been defrauded by the services received by Thermologics. After a few strong emails, Georges father, Alan Strawford responded who is from AC made easy and said he would deal with things and responded duly. The only thing that he has managed to complete is supply us Grilles for the vents but has been promising us that our External AC units are on order and will be with us from several months now. We have been left in the lurch and at a costly expense. I'm sure they have left others in the lurch as well. there company number is 10840172. Please do not use their services as you will have no AC and be left with chasing them with no responses. We have had to commission a new supplier who reluctantly has undertaken the works as he is unsure of the quality of their works so far. Avoid at all costs as you will be left with a very unprofessional service and costly bill with no AC.
