Tried to get hold of them today to get my father ensure, and they have not helped. Never helped. My dad is dying and they are absolutely hopeless. Believe it or not, they hung up on me. Pathetic when my dad is at END OF LIFE. Never recommend this to ANYONE if you want to be seen at all.On behalf of,-Leslie John Woollard

Two days ago I received an sms message telling me online consultations only in future and if I don't have Internet access a receptionist would take me through! Patient care is obviously missing especially when ill patients are now expected to jump through hoops albeit with someone holding the hoop with this! Founded by christian partners the christianity as well is obviously missing in this where christians are supposed to show love towards one's fellow man, but there is obviously no lovechristian or otherwise shown towards one's fellow man with this! I was seen by a doctor on the 31st October and was waiting on some results, I received them 7 days later and there was no clear sign as to my issue that I have, they said I have an appointment on the 21st November (which is about something else) so will discuss further then. That’s quite some time away considering the discomfort and pain etc along with that my endometriosis is flaring up more than usual. If there is unusual things going on with your body it needs to be checked out as soon as not 2 weeks later when it’s more convenient for them! Due to all of this I haven’t been able to go to work and I’m a barista so I’m constantly on my feet and moving around. I’ve been waiting since Tuesday 7th for a sick note which I still haven’t been provided. I’ve spoken to 2/3 receptionist which are saying different things about why the doctor hasn’t done it yet / it takes up to 48hours let alone 1 of them told me my doctor would be in today but when I spoke to her not long ago she then said she isn’t in today. Absolute disgusting! Just seems like there’s more issues with this surgery as time goes on, would definitely recommend a different surgery to be registered at!

No better it's a disgrace to leave some without Meds cut them completely off because some doctor has made a mistake more than once !! What I don't understand Why Don't The Partners Care it Leaves an undercurrent that maybe they want to get rid of people whom sadly are in so much pain...you took an oath to care quite ironic reading these review you dont 31 Dec 2020 promise by two receptionists they would sort out once again the error in my repeat prescription I knew one hundred per cent my bottle of 100mls ORAMORPH would not be at boots as promise by the end of day. It was not ...i don't not know what they are playing at its 3 times on the go they have made a mistake it was purposely done because they knew they would be shut for several days .my advise to anyone is always monitor the calls when finally get through to them as I do so you can not being accused of saying things you have not and you have what's been said to you!!!! It's just constant contradictions it's really soul destroying I'm now acting on advise I have been given. Best of Luck to you all.

I would have given 0 star for this surgery! But the one will do for now, maybe just for the odd GP that has been lovely and helpful. As for the receptionists, rude, rude, rude!! They definitely all wake up grumpy, you can sense the eye rolling on the other end of the line, when you eventually get through that is.Today it took me 56 minutes and 12 seconds to get through just to be turnt away and told to ring the 111 service. Passing on the pressure to a service who deal with a whole nation, well done to 111 though I got through straight away and my issue was sorted within 30 minutes. At this dangerous surgery all you hear is they're fully booked!!! Getting a prescription is near impossible and being seen even worse. I haven't been seen since before the COVID pandemic. I've been at the lodge for 28 years and I would tell everyone how amazing they were, but now I tell people to find a GP surgery that will actually listen to you!!The unnecessary stress that they've caused me over the past couple of years is insane. Mainly the rudeness from the receptionist and lack of duty care! It's a fulltime job just to get what you need, I myself have major health issues that they have no compassion to help me with.I had a very rude GP last week Tuesday tell me why didn't I call Monday

If I could give this surgery a minus score I would.Twice I've used the online prescription order system on behalf of my mother and it's not been picked up, and 10 days later after a Bank Holiday I have to phone the order in again to be told it'll be another 48 hours til they can send it because there aren't enough Doctors. Absolutely appalling!!! Good job these medications were not a matter of life or death!!!

I am sad to say that the patient care at this surgery is dangerously bad. The patients records being mixed up. Urgent prescriptions are not made available and records are not updated. No communication between staff and they never call you back when they say they will. Not emphatic and staff are be coming more and more negligent. The surgery needs to be shut down. I am looking to report this surgery asap as my medical care has been neglected.Update- I have called the surgery and provided my details so you are now aware of my details.

I’ve been with the surgery since I was a child. I must admit I live a short walk from the surgery so if I need to make an urgent appointment I’ll go in at 08:00 and speak to the receptionist. I’ve always been seen when it’s been an urgent/emergency. The limiting choice to book appointments with the GP/nurse on line aren't great, no facilities to have the option to book any routine appointments. However the online repeat prescription on the app is fast and easy

I am currently in the waiting room after waiting weeks for a face to face appt. There is no one here waiting and I have waited 35 mins so far! I could understand if the waiting room was full, but it's empty. This place just gets worse.

Arrive late because of very heavy traffic. I called ahead and they said it was fine.I arrived, I sat and waited.Doctor then turned me away because they were too busy and me being 15 minutes late would throw their whole day off.It was me and one other person in the waiting room... no one else came or left in the 15 minutes I sat there.I explained I had a lump and pains in my abdomen that the hospital had referred me to my doctor to be looked at because they don't know what it is...They didn't care. Rebook an appointment they said. Whilst I'm sitting in an empty waiting room....Ill be moving doctors. They have just called me to cancel the telephone call I was meant to have because I missed the face to face appointment they turned me away from. They just simply don't care.
