I recently used Dominic at Holden Smith for some advice regarding an LPA along with carrying out some conveyancing for a property sale I had inherited. From the absolute get go, Dominic was easy to deal with and talk to but not lacking in expertise or professionalism. The sale of my house was pretty straightforward, so this time around I decided to forego solicitors and opt for a more sensible conveyancy surveyor. Dominic at Holden Smith Law, Elland, completed my new Will in accordance with the November Will Aid scheme. I had an appointment booked for mid November but after receiving notification of a knee replacement operation on the 3rd November 2023 my appointment was brought forward and completed on the 1st November 2023. We used Holden Smith Leeds office to buy our first home. Although the initial start was slow, our conveyancer was quick to respond to our emails, answered our questions in a digestible way and explained timelines and procedures to us.
