Drive through is just silly, you shouldn’t have to check your meal before you move forward, it’s half 6 and I needed something for my two children and the one thing my autistic son cares about is what is missing. I ordered a happy meal and some chicken nuggets and chips, I called the restaurant and my only option was to bring my kids back out and go back through the drive through. I’m cross with myself for not looking but come on guys! It was a small order. Put the £5 I’ve given you to charity.

Totally incompetent staff, The last 2-3 delivery orders I have received from this McDonalds has either been missing multiple items or it has been driven around for 20+ minutes and been stone cold, the Mcdelivery is a total waste of time as I have to drive there and sort the order out!

This used to be a great McDonald's. It used to have staff at the till to serve you. Not now, they have only got the annoying touch screens. I couldn't get past the eat in " screen on 2 different machines. Nobody there to help either. Solved the problem by going to the KFC up the road ."

Food is usually of a decent standard and a good temperature unlike others in the area, only thing is they never put the sauce in the bag that you’re supposed to get with nuggets/dippers etc. other than that not too bad. Definitely the better McDonald’s in the area.

Absolutely the worst mcdonalds I've ever encountered! They get everything's wrong and very often completely miss out half your order and blame the delivery partners. Horrendous customer service

Once again the sauce police are out in force. You'd think they were guarding gold dust, but no, just the sauces that are supposed to come with your meal. Every time I'm in a rush & don't check, no sauces are included.

Yeah it was ok. In fact not bad. There were police advisories on the door, which did male you wonder when you went in. That ruined the atmosphere a bit. Having said all that. It was clean well staffed and pleasant. Strawberry milk shake was not as thick as usual.

Wont be going back here. Food was stone cold plus didn't get what I ordered & self serve machines didn't work properly
