I took my mam here for her birthday as a surprise and she had lots of pains in her legs and back. Abel helped and she has little to no pain in her back and legs anymore he gets to the right places and relieves pain. Such a relaxing, calming environment. My mam enjoyed it very much and is planning to go back.

I visited Abel for the first time a fortnight ago, and I’m booked to see him again on Saturday! I was so impressed, he explained everything to me before my massage, made me feel very comfortable and I knew I was in good hands! I have fibromyalgia and a lot of problems with my back, he really looked after me and my back and shoulders have not felt this mobile in a very long time! I would highly recommend.

Excellent friendly guy who knows his stuff. I do a fair bit of boxing, BJJ and wrestling type training so my neck and shoulders get very tight and eventually painful. Most Spa type massages are rubbish for me as it feels like they are only rubbing the oil in. At my request Abel did an excellent deep tissue massage and has put me right again .Also a very reasonable Ive Definity paid double the price for half the result before. I will be using again. Thanks

three weeks after massage for neck and lower back very good results. was having difficulty walking which started to improve after couple days. Odd aches now and again but not like it was. Neck a lot better as well. Not a 100% but it’s good as it is

I was struggling to walk because of lower back pain. After one session with Abel I was moving much easier and able to stand up straighter. Will definitely have a follow up treatment.

I went to Abel today for a sports massage. To try and help with Rib Pain and Muscle Pain. He was very professional and put me at ease straight away with his question and knowledge. This was my first session and He has given me lots of good advice for managing my issue and hopefully improving it further. He carried out a thorough initial assessment on the problem areas and worked on relieving some of the pain.I will be going back for more sessions and would recommend him.
