Wonderful pet shop offering a fabulous choice of items at a competitive price that is 400 yards down Hale Fen road just off the A10. There is a car park that would be a challenge if you were a wheelchair user and the office to pay for your goods is definitely a no go area for wheelchair users. That aside I would still recommend this pet shop. It is owned by John and Alison and they are extremely friendly and always happy to help. They accept cash and card payments and in the office there is a dish on the counter offering a boiled sweet to the customers. There is a toilet in the office that can be used by customers upon request.

Friendly staff and well stocked, reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend, staff were happy to answer questions over the phone about the cage we purchased before visiting too.

Lovely pet place very reasonably priced with a wide range of products. Friendly and helpful people, always willing to go the extra mile. Make sure you bring mints for Nelson! (when he's not on his holidays)
