Titan Boat Canopies

We purchased a pram hood and cratch cover in 2022 and were highly delighted with both products, super quality & service. We had a mishap in June 2023, the pram hood was damaged and a part lost. Delighted with the response by Toby and Team Titan who have rescued the pram hood, replaced the damaged/lost parts in super quick time to get us back up and running. Thanks to all involved in the complex repair we now have as good as new pram hood.

Terrible service from start to finish, they use sub standard materials, my clear plastic windows went a milky colour within six months of sunlight on them and Titans replie was it was coal smoke, there after service is a joke all there interested in is money and even when under warranty they try to wriggle they way out of doing anything as all they do is blame the buyer of there product, just a shocking service, the only decent thing they made was the frame. The material is so closely cut and stitched and when stretched over the frame there is no room for the material to breath and move, where the zips go around curves the stitching has come loose on three area and I ha e had to restitution myself, when I had a problem refitting the frame as it had to come off as boat was being sprayed, they had a team working in grove marina which is a mile from me and they charged me £120 call out charge now there's a fine example of customer service, the buckles are poorly secured as I went to tighten one up it ripped through the material and when I enquired about it once again sorry not covered as you used excessive force, I cant say enough negative things about this company I never recommend them as they are just not user friendly at, it's all about the money

Having now had our cratch cover and pram cover for a year we would like to say how please we are with them. The people at Titan have been fantastic from Toby in the office to the lads who came to fit them it’s been brilliant. We had the clam shell pram cover and wow how that makes our back deck such a fantastic place to sit. Thank you guys for everything.

I used Titan for the front cratch cover on our wide beam boat, and also a repair to the rear canopy, the service we received and the quality of the work was outstanding, I always recommend Titan to anyone looking for canopies. Professional, friendly and top quality.

Being a boatyard on the inland waterways, we frequently get asked if we can recommened a company that makes boat canopies. It's Titan everytime. Having a Titan pram cover on my own boat I can safely say that these guys are top of thier game in terms of build qaulity, longevity of product, after sales customer service - the works. If you need a cratch or pram cover for your boat, look no further as you won't find better.

Purchased my pram cover with these guys at crick 2019 as really sold it to me how each panel can be replaced with ease if needed, fast forward to 2021 i enquired about the rear cover being replaced as images clearly show there's no need for a hole with a zip each side, one continuous zip will suffice. The result being when it rain water rolls down and into the boat.I emailed Steve on the 20th July asking for a cost to replace this panel, and said he would search out my details and get back to me early the following week, i have not heard a thing and then chased again to get an auto email saying office is now closed to 16th August, I get the impression that as its only a panel not a full cover they are not interested, and as far as aftersales and customer service goes it needs working on.03..09.21 Update seeing as I am unable to respond to owners response, the reply given is a fabrication of the truth as we had exchanged emails and you said you would come back to me the following week with a price, when you didn't get back to me I followed it up only to get an automated email stating your offices were closed till the 16th August, and you only responded once I had informed you I have left 2 negative reviews.I have since discovered the bottom skirt of the cover can not be removed as the top has been stuck with glue to the top rail, not with press studs as the bottom part ?? brilliant scuppered the plan of touching up the paint, absolute bodge job.As well as poor customer service given you are also a liar !!!!!!

Big thank you to Titan Boat Canopies who installed my new canopy and frames today. Absolutely delighted with the quality and service, now I can see out again! They went out of their way to measure everything exactly, share the design, discuss options, and then did it perfectly, first time. The quality of materials and efforts made to get things just right on an old boat was admirable. Money well spent.

Titan provided a new canopy and Bimini for my Dutch Steel Cruiser on the Thames and provided excellent service throughout. The new canopy is similar in style to the one that it replaced, but has subtle improvements in functionality (eg larger sleeves for the Bimini rails and roll-up rear doors) that make a real difference in day to day use. That also supplied new Bimini frames, giving greater headroom and shaped to shed water effectively.Steve was responsive to queries and the work was carried out on time and for the agreed price.I’m very happy with the result and the service offered.

We are very pleased with the pram and cratch that Titan recently fitted on our brand new narrowboat. We found the Titan team to be very professional and knowledgeable. Steve went through the designs with us and responded quickly to any query we had. Materials and workmanship are extremely good.
