Went in and ended up paying £12.50 of a glass of cheap red wine as I was not advised of a wait time before they took payment, It literally takes minuets to southern fry chicken strips. My lift arrived before the food. A wait time longer than 9 minutes for freshly fried fast food is unexceptionable.

Soft play is is great kids love it good price only problem is staff don’t keep watch on the toddler area. A lot of older children run around a jump in the toddler space it can get unsafe for young children and babies. Staff should do more to prevent this.

Visited namco for a quick game of bowling and am presently surprised by how much there is to do here. Bowling arcades dodgems pool tables bars/ restaurant even an adult slot machine section. Top it all of its in a great location with easy parking. Great place to spend a couple of hours with or without kids.

Lots of machines to choose from. Unfortunately quite a few out of order/ not accepting tokens. Great array of stuff for older kids. Little bit grubby in places and claw Machines seemed very light on prizes and payouts(but that is just my observation. Your experience may differ)

Such a good variety of arcade machines, with a decent amount of options that you don't see at other arcades. There's also a full bowling alley and a large soft play area for the kids. You could easily spend an afternoon here

Bowling- never again. Maybe we got unlucky but we were put next to a group of 5 kids who couldn't have been any older than 12/13 who were so disruptive. Screaming, shouting, pushing each other, throwing rubbish on the floor. Staff did nothing about it. The bowling alley itself is dated. Definitely won't be returning.

My son love this soft play place in Metrocentre. He enjoyed every second of it. I will recommend this place for family gatherings as well as they offer a birthday party for kids and the price was reasonable too.
