For the past two years I've relied on LV for a few enhancements to our coffee roasting company's Shopify store/website, and they have always been a pleasure to work with. They enhanced the UX of our collection & product pages and did so in a way that allowed for interoperability with other apps utilized on the site. And when the inevitable software bugs reared their head, LV was quick to address them. Their costs are reasonable, the quality and speed of their work is great, and their responsiveness & customer service is excellent.When the day comes to do a major theme revision/update, I will definitely be reaching out to LV for that work.

Vitamin have worked with us at Pantsandsocks.com from the initial idea to going live and continue to provide ongoing creative , web development and product management . They have proved themselves to be hardworking , responsive and a great bunch of people to work with .They behave like an in house marketing team , I highly recommend them and look forward to a long and fruitful relationship .

It was great working with the team at Vitamin Commerce. They took on the timeline challenge and collaborated with us on the design of the site. We managed to turn around a great product for the Quadrant Jet Fuel drop and a platform we can continue to build upon.

Little Vitamin built my website and I would massively recommend them. I was a total beginner and they were patient, professional and good value for money versus other quotes we'd had. Our build involved integrating a marketplace app which they were experienced and knowledgable about and I am thrilled with the finished result, as is everyone who discovers the site. Awful from start to finish. Having delayed showing us the first prototype of our website for some time, they belatedly came up with something that was really poor, and evidently rushed-out way before it was ready just to appease us. We wouldn't have minded as much, but they were firm in that we get 3 rounds of feedback before completion, so this felt like an opportunity wasted as really there wasn't much to feed back on - it was awful and nowhere near finished. This really created an uphill challenge to get to something we liked by V3.More frustrating was their complete refusal to accept that they had rushed it, and insistence that this was actually good work. Unfortunately, this lack of accountability became a running theme throughout our engagement with LV.Over time the website got gradually better, but we ended up having to be so incredibly prescriptive about what we needed it to look like, as they really showed no initiative and minimal creative talent also.We also came up against the constant barrier of being told things were out of scope" - the frustrating thing being that a clear scope was never identified from the outset so this felt like a brush off. Their sales process needs a complete overhaul in my opinion.A basic website took close to 8 months to build but it now looks OK. Sadly

We had a very bad experience working with Little Vitamin. We contacted them in July with a few things, mostly little things that we needed to be tweaked on our swimwear website. We came to an agreement yet a month later not one job had been fulfilled. Eventually 2 months later, after numerous calls and emails the job was completed, and it appeared to take them all of 30 minutes to do. After this we noticed one of the changes caused a glitch on our mobile website, and we needed this to be resolved ASAP. After a week, this still hadn't been fixed and after enquiring we were informed we were in a waiting list and scheduled in for another 5 days time. We contacted a different company and this fix was done for us within the hour we called, free of charge as it was such a simple fix. Little Vitamin is a very unprofessional company. We will not be working with them again and I recommend you don't if you want the job to be done with professionalism and in a reasonable time frame.

Fantastic agency to work with. We developed our site with them and everything from research, design, and launch has been great. Communication has been top notch and we are glad to have partnered with Vitamin. We hope to continue our partnership as we expand our brand.

I found Little Vitamin to be the ideal partner to support with the transition from showcase to DTC website for our brands.
