I've been to gym's over the years but there is no where like this. Only place I've ever stuck with. Max is very inspirational and the whole team are fantastic. Can't recommend enough!

I have been attending Max Fitness Bootcamps for over 18 months now. My fitness has improved significantly during this time this has helped my performance in the football squash and road cycling. Not only this but my mental health is much better.What I like about the gym is that the coaches are constantly looking for new ways to challenge you with new exercises, equipment and competition. There is also helpful tips on goal setting training methods and nutrition after every session.I don't usually write reviews but off the back of the COVID 19 pandemic I have been so impressed by the length that Max and the team have went to to keep everyone safe. They have literally considered everything! Social distance is maintained throughout and you use your own weights which are cleaned after every session. Whats most impressive is that the sessions still maintain the same quality and tailored to your needs.

Not the first location you'd expect to go to for top class bootcamp classes and personal training, but that's exactly what you'll find. It's only been running for a few months but is laying on more and more classes.Not a typical gym for show-offs, the classes are just full of nice people having a fun but intensive half hour workout. There are people of all ability levels, but whoever you are you'll get a really good workout in that half hour.There are typically 4-5 classes per day, from early in the morning until the after work classes.Can't recommend it enough.

Ive been coming to maximum fitness for about 4 years now and I’ve just reluctantly left my final bootcamp before having a baby at 38 weeks pregnant and want to thank everyone at maximum fitness for supporting me so well before and throughout my pregnancy and proving that just because you’re pregnant, it doesn’t mean you can’t stay fit and active to the level you were before.The whole team has helped and supported me from when I found out I was pregnant all the way through to my last bootcamp this week both mentally and physically, adapting exercises and making sure I was ok each session by checking in on me but also pushing me to be the best I can be during this time and keeping my mindset positive. I couldn’t have asked for a better motivational team! I already can’t wait to be back post baby ready to get fitter and stronger than ever.

I’ve been exercising regularly for around 10 years and always loved it, but joining Maximum Fitness has taken everything to another level.I’ve learned so much about my own physical and mental abilities in the time I’ve been here. Max and the team are incredible at motivating you to push yourself to achieve your goals.I’ve tried almost every diet going over the years - all of which have worked initially but ultimately failed as they were never sustainable. Through Maximum I’ve learned that it really doesn’t need to be a complicated process and for the first time in a very long time, I actually feel in control of my eating and have achieved the weight/body fat % I want. I feel happy and confident when I look in the mirror and that frame of mind has had a positive impact on everything else in my life.If you’re even considering joining a gym, give Maximum Fitness a try. I 100% recommend!

First bootcamp done today, was abit nervous because I haven't done any exercise for over 1year but trainers are amazing. Really welcoming, always making sure I knew what I was doing and adjusting anything I found difficult. Intense workout definitely felt it after but worth it. Best place to workout!

I can’t recommend Maximum Fitness enough. I’ve always been a fit/sporty person but let myself go (massively) during lockdown and covid etc.I was apprehensive about the ‘bootcamp’ element given the training I have already done and the levels I have already achieved. I was so wrong!!! It’s hardcore, yet personal and tailored to your personal needs/goals.The trainers are quite simply awesome!! Knowledgeable, factual, motivational and driven, yet friendly and helpful.Within 2 minutes after walking in I was at ease and I have been since.My physical, emotional and mental health are tip top down to these guys (and a bit of hard graft).These guys have (and continue) to ‘make me the best me I can be’.Do yourself a favour and take the 1st complimentary boot camp. I guarantee you’ll not regret it.
