Not only are they extremely professional and efficient with processing packages, they are always willing to help me with my packages. If I could rate this place more than 5 stars I would, genuine customer service and support here! Having experienced a 25min-long attempt to use the nearly DHL (they, inexplicably, couldn’t use the barcode that I’d been given when I completed in my order online, using their pages-long form), I realised that my parking was running out so I went up the block to FedEx. A charming woman handed me a pad requiring one page to be filled in, and the entire process was done in 4 minutes. Easy-peasy.

Have been using this FedEx location for a while and must say that they have never disappointed me.Staff in here gives a great positive energy and happy to take care of my shipment.Would like to say thank you to Eva, Alex and Sudha! This account is under my husband’s name but the review is from me Debbie Croombs.I want to say a big thank you to Eva who guided me through the process of delivering a package to Jamaica that needed an Apostille.
