Ufuk has helped me with a couple of my rugs on several occasions, repairing holes and damage to sections of rug as well as fixing fringing and professionally cleaning. The carpets come back expertly repaired and cleaned to such a degree of expertise that you are unable to remember where or what the original damage was. He is also always a complete gentleman, straightforward and easy to deal with.

Very pleased with the repairs and cleaning of my 16 year old rug. It has come back like new. I didn't know what to expect and took a chance, but from the start the whole service was very good, my rug was collected and i was given the price for the job which i found to be very fair. Ufuk kept me informed at all times, he does what he says he will do, very reliable. Will definitely use again and can totally recommend.

My old Persian handmade rug came back super vibrant, clean, with its tresses looking perfect. For the life of me, I cannot find the two month holes that were there before. It has become a bet amongst my friends. Super super service and customer care. Recommended enthusiastically for the quality but must also mention value for money too.

I have used the Kilim Shop many times to deal with the rugs of my clients. They often had pet damage, required some repair services and always a good, proper deep clean was done. The Kilim Shop carpet experts have again done a wonderful job with my Turkish rugs. The colours have come back deep and strong, and the fringes have been repaired. They look as good as new! Highly recommended.

Friendly chap, easy to deal with and knows his rugs!I dropped off and picked picked up, and so received a reduction. Our 25 year old kilim rug had its first ever clean and tidy up and now looks great.Definitely recommend Kilimshop.

We have been using this company to clean our Persian rug, over the past few years, each time it has been cleaned it comes back as new as it was when we first bought the rug over 13 years ago. We will continue to use their services as and when we need it. We are extremely happy with the cleaning.

Great rug repair job! Responsive communication and service, with honest discussion about how my grandmother’s 1940s machine-made rug could best be saved and used again. I’m so pleased with the result. Looks fantastic now, rather than the tatty, frayed edges and holes that were there before. Good value for money, compared to other quotes I got. Would recommend.
