Having been in the Vape Business for years myself. I admire the fundamentals of your shops. At present I only use your Port Talbot Shop. Rian Cole and Darcy are very polite and enthuse a welcoming atmosphere. I see how they interact with customers and can honestly say. The dynamic there is one worth noting.

If you're into vaping its a lovely place full of vaping goodies from different make of mods and batteries for them to juice's of different flavours the sales staff are quite knowledgeable on their products so pay them a visit.

The staff in this shop are all fab. But I have to say that Cole is hands down the best shop assistant ever. He always remember s what get and recommends new offers but not in a pushy way!!. Like I said they are all great, but Cole is awesome so ask for him and he will help you and sort out whatever you need.

VERY Pleasant staff always polite and helpful.If your new to vaping dont be intimidated by all the different devices, it's really simple and staff will happily enable you to make the right choice.Prices are reasonable for a high street shop and they have a loyalty card scheme.I vaped with a small MTL device for years but found flavour Very muted. Wow then i got the GEEKVAPE ZEUS DTL.

Came to your store in port talbot today . Got served by an amazing employee Cole Who goes above and beyond for his customers . OnlyPopped in for some juice but left with amazing deal on a new vape ,Pods & juices . Cole let me try all the different flavours of the juices available .I will definitely return as the customer service is well worth the visit aswell as the offers . Ashleigh

Awesome shop with really friendly helpful staff. I'd definitely recommend going here for your next vape shop. Thank you for putting up with me coming back and forth over the 2 weeks before Christmas trying to decide on what vape mod kit to buy my husband. I didn't feel pressured or rushed making a decision and managed to purchase the right mod with the information and knowledge provided by the staff. Amazing service, thank you!

Fantastic store - I highly recommend!Customer service was impeccable.Cole was attentive, friendly and clearly had an extensive knowledge base.Cole took his time to show me various products, explaining their features to establish whether they matched my requirements and help me make a decision. He then made sure I knew how to control each of the settings, explaining what each of them did.I will definitely be returning!

I visit this store a LOT, not only to buy stuff but even for a chat. The staff here are amazing, very friendly, very knowledgeable about their equipment and always have great deals going on. Quite possibly the biggest range of juices in the local area too! The younger guy (with short dark hair) that always seems to be there is what I would call an honest guy". He doesn't BS you to upsell
