Great service from everyone here, such a pleasant dealership. Always willing to put things straight. Got a Vauxhall Insignia which had a few issues they sorted it out within a week and even gave a courtesy car. Neil who was handling my case has been excellent throughout from start to finish. You don't get garages like this anymore!

Great service from Neil in sales and Paul in the service department. I'm just about to buy my second electric MG from them and I would happily recommend them to anybody.

Bitterly disappointed. Dreadful Service.I am a time served mechanic but now disabled.A friend recommended this outfit. I was, initially, unsure about using them since they have no specific BMW knowledge.Nonetheless, I did so and frankly it was a nightmare. I emailed them my specific requirements, but never received a response. Some weeks later, I call them to book the car in. The bod on the phone admitted receiving email and “was working on a reply”!NONE of my requirements were carried out, nor did they attempt to resolve a specific issue. An issue I spent an age to explain to them.Verbally, I was assured they would use the correct grade of synthetic oil. The invoice never mentioned the brand. It took me 5 emails, afterwards, to establish what oil they had used.I have since had the Service, they failed to do properly, done by a BMW Dealership. Be assured, the matter doesn’t end here.

After much consideration I decided to change my Mg dealership and visit Brandon Mg. Wow where do I start. Immediately over the phone my nerves where put at ease, where I was greeted with a wealth of technical knowledge. Paul immediately explained to me in detail each process of the service. I knew straight away this was going to be the place to go. Appointment booked for following day. Arrive 9am advised to sign in reception area. Young lady very helpfull and friendly, she began to check and confirm my details. At this point Paul came into the reception introduced himself and again explained the service procedure. At this point we was advised of a phone call later in the day. Approx 12.30 phone goes. Service completed one small advisory fixed free of charge! What a gent! Visiting the town with the prospect of a long journey ahead of me, had a problem with my new car! Just popped into their service workshop, the guys were so helpful, sorted it out, reset the dash controller, which I hadn't yet got fully to grips with, and no charge!!! What a crew! Can't thank you enough.

Excellent service. We were given lots of opportunity to test drive, did not feel hurried in any way and the operation of the car was well explained. We did not feel any pressure to buy. The whole experience was very good indeed and we are pleased with our purchase.

One of the best MG dealer's in the local area. (I've dealt with a few). The after sales experience is brilliant, you're not forgot about or pushed to the bottom of the queue because your not interested in buying a new car. You're treated as a top priority from the day you step into the showroom.We own many (new MGs we own collectively, 2 MG6, 2 MG3, 2 GS, 1 New ZS) MGs within the family and from experience I can report that not all dealer's offer the same level of high quality service to its customers as Brandon MG do!!Thanks so much for the excellent service with my previous MG 6 and the excellent deal with my New MG 3!(Photos of my actual car in the showroom)

Neil was a great help at MG Brandon. We went for a test drive a couple of times and then decided to buy two of their new cars. We now own an MG5 and an MG4. Waiting time was less than estimated which is great. Very friendly environment, we always took our two toddlers with us and there was never an issue. Nothing wrong to point out.

We bought a vauxhall astra from Neil about 8 weeks ago, absolutely fantastic service. I always wait to review, should anything crop up that needs dealing with. After having the car a week we noticed a small tool was missing from the glove box, after 1 phone call Neil had ordered the part from vauxhall, and within a week we had collected it.
