Popped in as was passing as my sons gears had stopped working on his bike, the guys didn’t mind looking at all and were happy to fix the issue. We will book their bikes in for a survey here on the back of this. Thank you for making my son happy again!!

They fixed my bike’s gears in under 10 minutes (which was what I came into the store for) as well as pumped up the tyres and tightened the brakes. Couldn’t have had a nicer experience- thanks John, you absolute legend :)

Visited Evans Cycles in Chelmsford as I was having a problem dismantling the bike ahead of shipping to Dubai and not much time. The mechanic / technical support, John, had a look at the bike immediately and provided some practical help. John's customer service was excellent and the issue resolved with a smile and lots of helpful advice. Excellent, thank you very much, I would not hesitate recommending Evans Cycles.

On arrival staff were friendly and welcoming. Service work was carried out in timely fashion by highly knowledgeable staff he showed keen interest and answered all my novice questions .They went the extra mile to cover and rectify every small detail. Would recommend these guys in a heart beat thoroughly pleased with the whole experience.
