I highly recommend going to see Pen at her studio (with beautiful garden surroundings) You are warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable straight away, where she takes time to talk you through your pain and give advice on how to help. She gives a thorough and professional treatment which I’ve already felt benefit from. I will return. Thank you Pen!

I highly recommend getting a Thai massage with Pen. I have had many Thai massages over the years, a lot of them in Thailand, and this is up there as one of the best. I feel it was a comprehensive mix of traditional Thai but with additional yoga influences, with the usual pressure point work but a strong focus on stretching and encouragement to concentrate on breathing. Pen also offered up more general holistic health advice during the session and followed up after by email. All in all great value for money and all carried out in a comfortable studio overlooking a picturesque garden.

I spent the most wonderful morning at Pen's yesterday when she gave myself and my dear friend who introduced me to her the most incredible massage. I can honestly say it was the best massage I have ever had. I woke up feeling so much better and I am really looking forward to booking another session in soon.

She has good suggestions to treat ailments in addition to Thai massage. Pen is just a lovely person and her calming nature is a therapy into itself. Her holistic approach to keeping the body and mind in tune is the best.

I had a very enjoyable experience during my pregnancy massage. It was long and covered all points of the body. The room was inviting and relaxing. It was different from other massages I’ve had because of the techniques used and the padding being on the floor rather than on a massage table. I would recommend and would love to return! Thank you!!

I have tried numerous different treatments and therapies following two back operations a numbers of years ago, which left my flexibility and mobility limited. Thai massage with Pen is without doubt the best treatment I have found, I just wish I could go more often than I do. Pen was quick to spot where my limitations were, and has worked brilliantly to help improve those limitations. She is a star. I would recommend anyone to try a treatment, and then wager that they would go back again.
