I have never had my eyebrows done before.I found the staff friendly and professional. I was very surprised how much better my eyebrows looked and Iwould highly recommend this salon for its hygienic, professional and friendly service.

I was so happy when the lady had availability for a walk in, and initially I was happy with my brows. Unfortunately, there was a slight mishap and she has torn some skin from both my underbrows. I reached out to let her know and she told me it was the cream and not skin. Told me to wait a few hours for it to settle...this isn't my first rodeo, they're definitely skin damaged. Spoke to her in message and she told me to come down, i said I would but lived 25 minutes away. I drove down as she requested but on route called and said she had to go collect her car so would be closed for a short while but asked me to wait. I agreed and waited, she arrived after a short while and she agreed it is skin which was pulled but said it was common....I'm not one to kick off and argue for a refund but I am not happy. She said to put some Sudocrem on it but I shouldn't have to put an antiseptic barrier cream on a wound caused from a salon. I was a little more diaapointed that she didnt offer to apply any, I had to ask. No suggestion of a refund, part refund, voucher or anything. I would definitely reconsider your options before using this place. I'm utterly disappointed as I thought she was really friendly and we chatted well.
