From the start to finish, we were treated well, explained about all the steps involved in buying a used car. Abbrar went above and beyond our expectation, managed to explain and provide assistance for finance too. All got done within a weeks time. We have got a beautiful Mazda 6 from them. Avoid this dealership!Bought my car from this dealership, but I wouldn't recommend them.They sold it to me with an agreed parts warranty included, paid £400 for it. On the way home there was smoke coming from the rear brakes, then a couple of weeks later it happened again, breaks over heated and smoking. I called the warranty company to check what's covered only to realise, there's no valid policy for my car in the system. The dealership forgot to do it - although after I talked to them they extended the warranty at no additional cost which was positive.We ended up buying new brakes just weeks after the purchase, cost me £800.Then we wanted to use our roof box for the first time, only to realise that the roof is damaged, bent and rusty. We raised it right away, but only got a promise for a callback from the manager. Waiting ever since (two months), no call, no response to my emails.Disappointing & unprofessional service, I'd not recommend this dealer.

Absolutely useless dealership, completely unprofessional, in breach of trading standards and FCA regulations, and contracts. Do not follow legal poilicies, or rectify issues with cars, that they sold with prior issues; non genuine parts, therefore voiding warranty on vehicles. They do not properly check vehicles prior to selling to public - then avoid dealing with your issues/ignoring you - refunding money or settling any financial agreeement they need to clear! Will be reporting to all relevant bodies. Be careful when buying as they dont even notify DVLA of the new owner.

I rung the dealers and no short of three rings the phone was answered by a gentlemen who tended to my every need. I told him I was interested in a golf mk7 which was then held for me to view. I went to the dealers who stayed open past hours and again greeted by the same gentleman who answered the phone. They valued my current car in two seconds, gave me a good deal with a great finance plan. I purchased the car on the spot (I was also able to take the car away same day but, of course, did not have my V5 for the current car so was unable)Issues with the car was dealt with promptly. They serviced the car and found that the cruise control was not operational. They ordered the part needed, took it to a professional, had it fixed and returned to me promptly. Simply great service!I was also told if any future concerns regarding interior or exterior damage happens, I am able to bring the car back to have it looked at by professionals who will then repair damages at a great price.Simply amazing.Cons:I will update this review if I find any!
