On April 26, Elstob Auctionners sold a jewel at 500 GBPOne month later, I see the exact same jewel again in the catalog of Etrusca Auctions"Weird manipulative auctions... I don't know if both are connected and juggling with prices but this auction house is questionnable (as well as Elstob Auctionners probably)Be aware."

TRIED to sell my wife’s ear rings with them months ago but they refused to pay out the money from the auction. Very poor communication throughout the sale and still awaiting payout to this day

Sold me a broken piece which was misrepresented in the photographs , I returned it, they returned it broken again, they ruined the box with sticky tape too. More importantly I don’t believe it is a genuine auction . The piece is probably worth 10-20% what I paid. Buyer Beware

This auction is fantastic. I usually buy from the Bonhams and Chritie’s , and this is the first time I buy from them. Trust me, the jewellery and stones are very good quality compared with other big auctions . The staffs are very helpful, although during the COVID lock down, it’s hard to view the items before the auction, the officer had tried their best to showing the details of each item, not just good side but the little dot on the item.What give me most impression is the officers are very honest. I bought a coral necklace for my mother for birthday present, and went to their office to pay cash. But I didn’t noticed that I paid £1,000 more . When I came home couple of hours later, they called me to reminding the over payment.I believe that they are trustable business man caring their reputation more than just money. Will bid again from them.
