Worst customer service in the west end. Asked for proof for no mask even though advised was exempt. The women had insisted it was company policy and insisted I showed her exemption. Wasn’t aware company policy overruled everything else. Wouldn’t be back again, didn’t even say hello on entry. Wouldn’t reccomend to anyone .

Excellent shopping experience today in the Callander CCW shop. Thanks especially to Roseann for helping me with my purchases. Rare to find such warm, friendly and helpful staff. I will certainly be back. 5 stars to Roseann!

First class service by the girls in the Byres Road shop! I bought a jacket in another branch on holiday a few months ago but unfortunately it was faulty. I didn't think there was anything I could do as I no longer had a receipt and it wasn't easy for me to get back to the original store but they took care of it all! I even got a new jacket delivered to my door just 2 days later after visiting the store and explaining the problem. Thank you so much!

Shocking service. I purchased a jacket worth over £200. The item was to be delivered to a business address. The item was delivered and signed for by someone I do not know. There’s only one reception therefore unsure where the item has gone. Now the company are not willingly to take responsible and I’m left with a £214 bill. With no item to show for it. I’m shocked and saddened, as I purchase from this company a lot. This was a gift to my mum. Maybe to this company £214 is not a lot but during these uncertain times. It is to some of us. So I’m paying £214 for nothing?

A truly dreadful customer experience. Could not return trainers, purchased in advance as a gift, within 2 weeks due to birth of child. When did return to store was told full refund would be processed no problem. A week and half later, with no shoes and no money return I had to follow up to discover refund was not being processed. Were seemingly happy to keep trainers and money and faced rude staff in the follow up. As a regular customer over a number of years, it’s very disappointing and won’t be shopping there again.

Big shout out to Rachael at the CCW shop on Byres Rd. Her customer service was absolutely brilliant. Wanted a pair of shorts that were out of stock in the Byres Rd shop but were in stock in another store. She went out of her way to organise them being delivered for me and even called to give me the tracking number a day later. Don’t get customer service like this very often. Thank you Rachael!

Love their stock! Great service and got exactly the boots I wanted to replace the last pair I got there which I wore to death. Not cheap but excellent quality and I got 20% off the Patagonia fleece!
