I would order every cake from the Mini Baker. Though my design request was a little peculiar, she never made me feel embarrassed and my God did she pull through. It brought such happiness to my boyfriend and especially his little niece who loved the cat. The cake itself was a beautiful moist chocolate cake. I can't thank the Mini Baker enough.

Nicola made our wedding cake - red velvet! It was phenomenal and got so many compliments from all of our guests, with lots saying it was the best wedding cake they'd ever had! We were so happy with how easy it was to work with Nicola! Would 100% recommend

I recently ordered a birthday cake for a 60th birthday party. It certainly did not disappoint. Nicola was so easy to order from and she was able to advise on the best cake and size for the occasion. She baked a beautiful melt in your mouth Victoria sponge, decorated according to the theme I had asked for. It got compliments all round from the birthday guests. I won't hesitate to order from her again.

Nicola supplied the most fantastic cupcakes for our corporate event. She was so easy to deal with throughout the whole process,very accommodating. I would have no issues recommending her to anyone looking for cupcakes for an event! I will definitely be reordering from her in the future.

Nicola made a chocolate cake with Cadbury's chocolates for my husband's sixtieth birthday. It looked amazing and tasted amazing. It was a huge hit with all the family. I would definitely recommend Nicola her cakes are first class .

I have had the upmost pleasure of both photographing and ordering the delights this business has to offer. From Cheesecakes, Bakewell Tarts, Brownies, Macaroons or Belfast inspired Cupcakes and so on... Nicola is second to none on her intricate attention to details! Time and time again she's blown me away with taste and appearance of the deserts. Most recently picked up the Belfast inspired Lotus Biscoff cupcakes and again, they were brilliant! (I tried not to eat them within 3 days but my mouth just couldn't say no!) Would highly STRONGLY recommend :) Cannot wait to order my next treat from Nicola!!

Highly recommend the Mini Baker, the cake not only looked amazing but tasted unbelievable too. Everyone was coming back for seconds and thirds! I had given Nicola quite specific instructions for the design of the cake and she was more than happy to incorporate all the elements. I also liked how easy it was to pay online. All round great service!
