Open Door

Visited a few times now, like most psychological health services they don't really care, they just collect their pay packets at the end of the week - not recommended!

After hours on the phone explaining to their support line and again to Open door, all the massive issues with the NHS and Council id been trying to sort alone for many years, how poor my mental health was having to keep battling on despite being promised id get help when i left hospital. All my painful health conditions and misdiagnoses inc 11 years of Cancer, no GP to fight my corner, lost trust in Christies, Councillors and MP doing nothing to help, no medication or referals, and the constant lack of support anywhere which is driving me into crisis. I then went to Open door and went through the trauma of repeating it all over again with another staff member present. After both had just nodded throughout, they were waiting to close so i asked what they could do to help me. You can do it yourself when you're feeling better" was all i got! I left in despair.. Absolutely shocking service. Words fail me."

So so helpful - I feel listened to and understood every time I come in, the staff are great to talk to and listen without judgement. Highly reccomend!
