Knots and Stalks: macramé & sound

I attended one of Aggy's workshops, and was blown away by the fluency of her teaching and workshop facilitation skills.Precision for tutoring the techniques combined with Aggy's infectious passion for macrame made the workshop experience one of joy as well as excitement through the ease of the guided learning process. Her patience and attentiveness to both the group and the individual created a space that felt held and connected.I felt I received the personal help I needed for my own macrame creation, while feeling the bond to the group's shared experience. Expert facilitation makes for a seamless and smooth, yet engaged and engaging learning experience on the personal and group level - and this is what Aggy's workshop provided!

I had such a fun evening making my own macramé earrings and Aggy was the perfect teacher! I was given plenty of guidance and it was all done in a lovely atmosphere - it was so nice to do some mindful crafting. I’d definitely recommend this experience with Aggy and it’s something I’d love to do again!

The workshop with cacao, guided meditation, cards and the sounds of bowls, gongs, bells and drums created a beautiful space for meeting yourself. There seems to be a lot of it, but it is so harmoniously combined that it provides a really good opportunity to relax, stop, connect with yourself, perhaps let go of something, or even find something that has been overlooked for a long time. For me it was a pleasant and valuable time on many levels, my body relaxed with pleasure from the soothing sounds, and my mind followed :) In such conditions, working with cards became much deeper and clear in its messages. Thank you Aggy for holding space for us beautifully and for this meeting :)

What a superb way to spend a few hours with friends. We were busy the whole time! The repetitiveness of each individual task towards the finished article was really soothing and I was very proud of my finished Autumn leaves hanging. Thanks so much Aggy. What a super lovely lady. x

A wonderful experience at both the Cocoa, Sound and Massage Ceremony and the Candle Light Yoga Nidra with sound. Aggy was super lovely facilitating both spaces and I left both feeling incredibly relaxed and calm. Would definitely recommend for someone looking for a little mental getaway.
