Neil and his team takes all our footwear alterations for GSTT and really goes out of his way to help our patients.He’s an absolute gem and an incredibly skilled footwear tech. We’re very lucky to have NPD so close.

Have used these fantastic people for so many years that I can't remember. They adapt my disabled daughters shoes and have always been helpful and considerate once hand painting a design on the shoe support so that it didn't look out of place. Neil once said that he could apapt any shoe to enable it to be suitable for my daughter and he has.

I have been going to Neil for many years to get shoes, sandals and boots raised. He is always really helpful and does a great job, much better than the people the hospital use and much quicker. Highly recommended ☺️

Neil & his team are nothing but amazing!Having to have our sons trainers/boots made by the NHS to accommodate a foot condition Neil goes out of his way whenever we need any repairs or alterations done. Nothing is ever too much trouble & he really cares about how the footwear looks & fits.We really appreciate all of Neils on going help & support.

Absolutely delighted Neil, I can't thank you enough for your support and the work, quality of workmanship that has gone into each and every peice of footwear is fantastic and colour matches of the soul.All 14 done witbin a week, amazing.I can't speak highly enough of Neil, he's always there if you want to ask questions, nothing is too much trouble. The heel rubber on some very well worn La Sportiva mountain/hiking boots began to deteriorate in both heels. I decided to chuck them with great regret as they have taken me to some far flung spots. I spotted this shop by Sanderstead Station. The chaps did a superb job for a very reasonable price. Like new again.
