Excellent every step off the way!! Searched website for phone I liked, then I phoned the sales team to order. Unfortunately due to youth mistakes I'm currently fixing, i did fail credit check for Id network oprions. Sales advisor ran through some other options which processed, so i know have a gorgeous new Samsung galaxy a71 which is exactly an upgrade i am enjoying, at a network tariff i can afford. I choose vodafone, also excellent for customer service and overall product quality. Thanks a bunch guys, very well taken care of and listened to at every stage. Thanks.

Had a problem with unlock code for iPhone ranf and spoke their knowhow guy I think he's called Terry he told me what to do and hey presto done. Lovely polite guy and very patient only a phone call but I think this is going to be my mobile store of choice when it comes to new contract time !!! Super star

Bought a phone from this place £500+, charger cable broke within a few months went back to show car phone warehouse to be told I had cause damage and it wasn't replaceable! Very rude lady. She didn't tell me samsung offer a free replacement if within 12mnths if a fault occurs. Just think she couldn't be bothered, bad customer service, once they have your money there not bothered. Won't buy from these again. Poor service
