I went here to get my nails done they were shocking ruined my nails a bit of my nails were missing due to glue to be to strong and ripped my nail off i wont be back

The guy was not even looking when doing mine so they chiped 4 days after getting them.he didn't even talk to me.

Avoid all costs! Staff have poor English skills they won't understand what you're saying. The shop itself is disgustingly dirty! They keep using the same brushes and towels over and over. Even the lamps for nails and toes should be separated and sanitised but they aren't! One of the staff tried to shove my hands in a dirty lamp right after he used it on someone's toes yuck! A nail technician charging a fortune for a poor-quality job! All they do is use false nails which are going to stick to your nails using extra strong glue so you can't take it off without ripping your nails apart l. I wasn't happy with the service at all. The guy who did my nails ends up ruining them! Was too rough, and had wee cuts all over the fingers. The nails were hideous extension wasn't even matching so you could see my untrimmed natural nails underneath. Told him so many times to pay attention and stop being nasty but in response she kept swearing and mumbling to others not even once looking at me!It was too sore so had to find another nail technician a few days later to take it off which was super difficult cause none of them wanted to touch such horrible-looking nails! Not worth your time and money it's just a damn cone!

I pre booked or I suspected I did a week in advance from a woman nail technician who previously did my toes who I was delighted with, today appointment for toes and nails 3pm 13/07/23 so disappointed the woman totally blanked me and a male did my toes pedicure as I thought it was initially going to be my pree booked person so I agreed to this , my nails although tips far to short and he put me onto another member of staff to finish the job as I suspect he wasn't happy with me asking to slightly shorten the tips, the woman however was so lovely, and did the best she could from the nails being two short £70 and I did leave a tip out of respect however I will never be back and if a woman pre books a woman I suggest you respect that, you have definitely lost a potential client

Do not go here. They have poor English skills and did not understand what I asked for. Very poor standard. I had to go back and ask them to remove polish and give me my money back. Got a refund with attitude.

Love this shop. Great for getting my eyebrows and nails done at the same place. Great friendly staff and always made to feel relaxed and welcome. Good prices and I love when I get money off from my reward savings card. Highly recommend here x

Wouldn't go anywhere else. The lady who does the eyebrows is amazing. Lovely to talk to and really good at what she does!!
