As always, great service from WWS, replaced my kitchen tap I broke and sorted rusting connections underneath and serviced my gas boiler.

So glad I was recommended these guys by an associate, they were/are absolutely flipping brilliant.Got my gas safety checks done quicker and so very much cheaper than other competitors quoted.Also had issues with leaks in boiler (which is old and some other competitors won’t touch).No heating or hot water - total nightmare - were going into hospital for procedure and Left keys for them and they Fixed it by time I was home.very professional, friendly & trustworthy business.Recommended to a friend who used them and was also pleased with service,They are definitely my go to guys from now on.Many thanks

I've been using Dale and his team for several years now. Dale is always helpful and responsive and explains things thoroughly. His team have all been polite and timely. I've had boiler replacement, bathroom replacement, moving of radiators and shortly underfloor heating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend WWS.

WWS installed a new boiler and radiators in our property. Dale was great and respond quickly to our initial enquiry and provided clear options, the quote was competitive too. From start to finish it’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with Wws. Having efficiently diagnosed a fault with our boiler it was deemed uneconomical to repair. We used WWS for installation of a new boiler. Dale was quick to respond to our initial enquiry and the quote was very reasonable. James, Shaun and Ollie arrived at the allotted time, were very pleasant and friendly and made an excellent job of the installation. All the rubbish was cleared and everything left tidy. We would certainly use them again and would recommend to others

We had some major work done by Dale’s team (they fitted 8 new heaters ,12 Honeywell Evohome thermostatic valves and monitor, they repaired two toilets and changed the silicon around our shower and installed another thermostat) and we are rather unhappy over some minor and major issues.The minor issues are that they left us with one of the heaters not properly fixed to the wall, one squidge of silicon on our bathroom floor and one of the toilets they repaired which is already leaking again.The major ones are that they are unreliable (they left us several times waiting for them for hours without contacting us and with us being unable to contact them) , disorganized (they couldn’t finish the work when planned because one important piece of equipment hadn’t been ordered in time) and offer no after-sales service at all (one of the valves is defective; we tried to make contact with Dale but after having replied to us a couple of times, he disappeared and does not answer either our mails, or our telephone calls). This means we will have to buy another valve and pay someone else to come and install it. It also means we will not be able to access a 5-year warranty over goods worth around £1000 because Honeywell issue it only to the buyer (i.e. Dale) and not to the end-user of the products, i.e. us!

Upgrade to new boiler and hot water cylinder. Very competitive priced quote. Professional and friendly staff, who were a delight to have around the home. Good job and left a tidy house on completion. Now enjoying the benefits of a warm house and hot water (so far - got to wait for the winter!!).

Dale and his team installed a new boiler system and radiators to our new kitchen and living room extension. The guys were great and worked well with our builders when we were getting all the pipes etc installed prior to floor (cement pour) etc. Very professional and great for advice and other services when we were having such a stressful extension on the house. Would definitely recommend. Great service and very friendly team.
