Spring snap on BMW. wife contacted and explained as much as she could. Andy Was absolutely brilliant with her and I have been pleasantly surprised how professional and fair she was treated. Absolutely fantastic Garage. Would recommend to anybody looking for a honest Garage.

Car dropped off on a Saturday before 9am for a service. Told staff I had an appointment at 3pm and was told there wouldn't be a problem. Got to 1.30 after trying to call as heard nothing. Walked over to be told they hadn't started on the car. Ended up taking keys and drove off. Never had a problem before and appointment was made over a week ago.

Car went in for what I’d been told was a full clutch at £800-1000. Andy found it was just a hydraulic master cylinder. And charged me a 1/4 of that. Wife was happy my wallet was happy.
