Great service as ever. I had a cracked rear glass cover to my S20.Called on the Monday, glass cover ordered & repaired the phone on Wednesday morning in 45mins.£35 including glass cover & labour!Highly recommended for similar repairs.

Edit: The reason it was so quick is because they did a terrible job!I took it back the following week to tell them my screen was unresponsive (can’t tap to activate it, have to use the side buttons!) and I was told that it was a phone issue not to do with the screen. It’s just got worse, and the front facing camera is cloudy and blurry since! Not visual using FaceTime or photos. It’s just white and cloudy.I will never use this place again. I spent £150 having the replacement screen and screen protector (that came off within the week!) all of which was done badly and follow up customer service was non existent.They rush to get you to review them knowing it’s all going to fail in no time, and won’t fix their mistakes.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You’ll regret it within days.Won’t post with 0 stars - only given 1 because I have to!Please ignore - Original post:Took my phone in for a iPhone screen repair. It got smashed yesterday and thought I’d have to wait a week to get it fixed. Found Mobile Arcade Diss was open Sundays! Didn’t have to book, just walked in and it was fixed within 30 minutes. Friendly helpful staff and would definitely go back for other repairs. Thank you!

Absolutely would recommend. Just about to close and he fixed my son's screen and a few other features. Took him about 45 mins. Brilliant experience. Thank you. It's nice to be nice LOL X
