No phone number contact so how are people supposed to make an appointment, they won't see you without an appointment i was turned away after traveling eight miles there and eight miles back to where i live. !!!!!!!!

Got my appointment by going down to the council, I was seen within half an hour and had my photo taken and my letters photocopied with no problems at all.

Why are they shown as open when clearly they are not what a wasted jounery and money and takes over an hour to answer there phones .
