Absolutely amazing experience. Emma was my stylist & wow she did herself proud & me of course. The image I'd got in my head she absolutely smashed it & is exactly how I wanted it & more. So this is my regular salon. It’s nice and clean and they welcome you very kindly.The only issue is that some of the stylists aren’t very experience so it’s a bit hit and miss. Recently, the hairdresser rushed finishing my hair because her next client had arrived so I didn’t leave with the finish that I wanted. This upset me as I had an important event that week and had hoped to have smooth hair for it.I spoke to my cousin who had seen the same stylist in the same week and she also said that she left unsatisfied as the stylist hadn’t managed to give her the haircut she asked for.

It’s been just over 2 weeks since my cut and blow dry and I can honestly say I’ve never been so upset over a haircut. I showed a picture of what I wanted and the stylist was totally onboard and agreeable. What I walked out with couldn’t be further from what I asked for. My hair is nothing like the picture and so much shorter. It’s now only 3 months until my sons wedding and my hair is ruined. I have purchased so much product to try and get it to resemble any type of style but nothing will work so I’m just left with a disaster everyday! I wish now I’d had the courage to say something on the day of the appointment but I was so upset and after I left I cried so much. £46 for an awful cut, I’ll never return here!

I had such an amazing experience at Francisco's today. I had the lovely Amy who was fantastic and I received exactly what I wanted, very pleased!

Cannot praise this salon enough. Had my hair done here recently for my sister’s wedding. Right from the start it was a positive experience. My hair was fairly long and had blue and red that had faded to green and bright orange. I really wanted a pink peekaboo but was worried it wouldn’t be possible.I came in for a consultation with Alex the week before the appointment, Alex was so lovely and really talked through my hair. I explained what I wanted and had some reference photos and Alex came up with a plan of action.I had my haircut and colour on separate days, the haircut day was absolute lovely, Alex cut my hair and created a haircut that exceeded my expectations.A few days later I had the colour Tegan, Jess and Alex created prefer and treated me with such care. When I looked in the mirror I was absolutely blown away by the end result. Alex had taken the image in my head and created a masterpiece.Due to timings I couldn’t have layers added to my hair that same day but I was welcomed back a few days later to have them added into my hair.The staff, from the reception to the stylists are wonderful and professional and overall create such a positive environment for clients.I can’t wait to go back when my hair fades so Alex can create another vibrant masterpiece1000% recommend this salon

I had a very experienced with them they are so rude I had a appointment with them for hair colour I get 5 min late they start yelling at me then I ask for refund she can't give you refund disappointed so unworthy very unhappy never come back again

I'm new to Francesco Walsall, having used and trusted salons in Birmingham in the past. However, I was really impressed with my new hair colour and cut. Alex did an amazing job! I haven't been to the hairdressers in about two years, and it was my first time going to Francesco Group in Walsall. This experience was honestly amazing. What took me by surprise was how they washed my hair before cutting it. At first, I assumed I had booked for a wet haircut and was worried they would charge me extra only to be told that they wash every customers hair. I loved the optimistic atmosphere, and the experience was phenomenal. For the price you pay, they treat you so well. They even offer you a drink (hot or cold).
