Although it’s never fortunate to need to use a mechanic, you couldn’t ask for a better one than Charlie. He’s worked on a few of my cars now and goes above and beyond to tackle any issue in a friendly and highly professional way. Recently had my MKII golf in for timing and cam belt change, as well as investigation for issues with cooling fan. Charlie was fantastic in diagnosing the issue, spending time to make sure he could fix and not just replacing all parts without testing first. Would thoroughly recommend.
