We stopped here for lunch on a Saturday, it was fairly busy but we managed to get a table without booking. Although the food was well presented it wasn't that great- we had to send a couple of items back as they were stone cold! However, the staff were excellent and happy to help us out with this! Overall it was a decent atmosphere with great staff but was very expensive for what you get.

Really quick service and good food. Knocked 1 star off as we ordered medium rare steaks that came with 0 pink in them. They were still juicy and nice so didn't complain but was more like well done.

Enjoyed a post graduation meal with the whole family. Only one waiter on for the day, but he was attentive and apologetic for the lead times on food.Good quality food although the price seems to have gone up since we last visited - but what hasn't.Will definitely go back again.

I recently visited TGIs with my friend as it always used to be one of my favorite chains. I have visited a few times recently and received not the best food but I thought these might be one offs. I have now realized it seems to be a reoccurring issue that the standard of the food has massively dropped. The food is extremely oily and lacks flavor. The Cajun pasta was dripping in oil and had no flavor except for that of oil. I am in shock food like this is even served. Let alone a dish that costs £15! I also ordered dishes and specified ingredients to be taken out. All of my dishes arrived wrong. Alongside the low standard of food on my recent visit, the service was extremely slow and I had to ask twice for the bill. After receiving this, I asked for a card machine and waited another 30 mins with no sign of said card reader. I then had to go to the bar instead as no one came over to the table or even seemed bothered we had been waiting to leave for a long time. This has really put me off coming back to TGIs as I left feeling like I had wasted my money and very disappointed!

We booked a table for 7 people for 1.30pm on Saturday 18th November. We were left standing, waiting to be seated with no communication from the staff. Once we were seated, a very helpful, pleasant waiter came to take the drinks order. Soon after the good order was taken by a different waiter. We chatted amongst ourselves and enjoyed catching up with one another. Nobody came to check on drink refills, we had to go and find someone to ask. By 3pm we still hadn't received any food and had to ask a member of staff. Eventually, the starters arrived and were quickly demolished as we were all hungry, we waited a further half an hour for the mains to arrive, some of which were cold and not at all nice. During our 2 and a half visit, no.one checked if our food was OK, came to ask if we needed anything, refills on drinks - nothing. An altogether unacceptable performance from TGI's, we haven't been there for several months and certainly won't be rushing back!! Very disappointed.

This was my first experience at TGI but sadly it will be my last.Upon entering the venue the place was busy with music playing, I had high hopes.The table was booked in advance and we were seated quickly with a round of drinks.Glancing through the menu you will find lots of choices of your favourite burgers, ribs and wraps.Mains ordered we waited for them to be brought out, the dishes were brought out after 30 mins which was fine as it was a busy night.This is where the place lets itself down, the portions are small, I'm expecting the American experience.A half rack of ribs contains 3 bones with a small amount of meat, a side bag of fries, a tablespoon of coleslaw and a small slice of corn on the cob.I was expecting more on the plate for the price of the dish, very disappointed.If your looking for a snack with a very high price tag then come to TGI.On a plus the staff were amazing and will cater to all of your needs.

Staff were really lovely. Arrived with a hungry toddler, and they went out of their way to be super helpful. One of the staff made a balloon dog within minutes of us sitting down & and toddlers' fish & chips food very quickly. The food was good, just never enough veg for me as TGI Friday & the pina coladas were more like slush puppies. Yuk! But yes, I'd go again. Lovely atmosphere, great staff. 3 adults & toddler cost £90, starters & main course so good value.

Wednesday early evening hardly anyone in the restaurant. Mocktails very poor presentation & taste & very overpriced. Nothing available Gluten free on the menu. Food arrived we had to ask for cutlery etc. Burger was burnt. Ribs were tough. Smothered fries that were ordered had been forgotten about. Latte ordered wasn't a latte & peppermint teabag had burst & floating tea in the mug!!!!!The manager offered a discount however our evening was spoilt.Based on last night's experience DON'T GO and waste your money here

I ordered via the Uber Eats app, and once delivered noticed the chips were a very short portion.So why 5 stars?Until this point I have had no issues what so ever with either their service or food, and once I called to complain, I was advised they would prepare a fresh replacement to collect.First time going in the staff were very kind and professional, and the atmosphere was great, I received the sweet potato chips along with onion rings and a sorry message on the packaging. This to me is 5* service.The ability to turn around a slight one off oversight, with the customer experience in mind, compounded with great service, to me does not warrant a loss of a star.Unfortunately, I didn't get their name, but the young woman who handled my complaint was working behind the bar and had black hair, and so should her manager see this, I hope they receive recognition for both their friendly, and professional call handling and service.Credits also to the welcoming staff at the entrance.

We booked a table as where celebrating our anniversary. They put us in the worst table where the smoke from the kitchen was hurting our eyes, and it was so hard to breathe.... many booths were empty, and we asked if we could move, which they refused as apparently it was fully booked. 20 minutes later, we are sat down, no drinks and demanded to move tables, away from the smoke, gave us another small table, which was better, however, the booths that were fully booked" were never occupied.. took so long to bring the first drink and the food... honestly
